Mission

The Congregational Church believes in the need to carry out Mission as asked for by Jesus our Lord. Mission is at the core of our giving and a Mission Committee, appointed by the Church, seeks to maintain the essential spreading of the Gospel in all areas of life. The committee meets four times a year to discuss which missions to support. We continue to support Jayne Smyth a missionary in Sierra Leone. Locally, we support various charities and worldwide we support Christian Aid and The Radio Bible Class. Our awareness for mission is our motivation and to bring people to faith and an understanding of the Grace of our Lord Jesus.
